214 Breaking through the comfort zone

Well the Captain didn't hit his goal of 210 by his birthday.But he is breaking through his comfort zone with an ambitious goal to hit 195 by Jan.1,2008. A new thin,fit,ripped, and awesome life awaits me. Get on the finalfifty.com program. We are setting sail!!!C-YA on the flipside.

I have 7 days to lose 6.1 pounds. I have eaten 1400 calories today and have walked 1 mile, and lifted weights for one hour at the gym. I am going to walk another 4 miles tonight. There is no stopping the Captain. Thanks for all the support.

The Captain hit 218.5 today. I have to lose 7.6 pounds by September 25th. I have 10 days left to hit this goal.

The Captain hit 220.9 this morning. I hit this weight on July 31st,felt I had all the answers and had arrived, and quickly shot up to almost 230 overnight. One friend called me and said that he was buy futures in Producers, and ruiz chimichangas. He joked that if it was public knowledge that Jeff was off his diet, he could be arrested for insider trading. Now,I am going to hit 210 by my birthday and I will see you guys on the flipside.

I actually put this principle of time management to work in weight loss the past two weeks. Everytime on the job that it is possible I stand instead of sit. Standing versus sitting burns an extra one hundred calories per hour. Think about it.

Bizarro Shrek

The fake captain is up to his mischief again. He has succeeded in ruining my blog which is about the only thing in his life he has succeeded at. This bizarro shrek's fiona left him for a different race of ogre, and the older fiona replacement is about ready to give him the puss N boot as well. Over 40 and living in a cabin using all of pop's cell phone minutes. How Sad!!!!No little shrek's for this Bizarro. Fiona said he was to irresponsible for kids.

Whack-A-Mole and Walking Willie

The fake captain changes blogging id's like a whack a mole. The quick and dirty way to tell the difference is that my blogger id ends with 2259. It would take him 10,000 tries to match that code. Although since he doesn't have a job he might have time to do it!
I have to concede this cabin troll has been effectively shut my site down and has made blogging more of a chore instead of a fun way to interact with my fellow weigh loss winners. Less and less normal people post here anymore. A big final fifty thank you for those who have stuck it out.However, I may be shutting the entire site down in a few weeks. Maybe over40andlivingathome beat me? Who would think that this would be the villain that took the captain and his site down? On a postive note I have been a walking willie and have kept up the 5 miles a day. C-YA on the flipside.

The old school methods are working like a charm. I want to be at 220 by next monday. Although my legs are a little sore from all the walking. Here is a great link to an hour long interview of donna krench by Bob Burg.

I walked 5 miles today. I feel I am really have really grabbed back hold of the winning edge. Although the calories today were close to 5000 today I am definately back on the track literally and figuratively.

The Captain slammed on the brakes to avoid crashing into skid row. Being roughed up by the villains is not my idea of fun. Chips and Salsa will become a banned food and this weeks real life rogues. Back to the drawing boards.
But, On a positive note let's give Halftheman a hearty final fifty congrats for losing over 7 pounds this week.
