So how much weight did you actually lose? I am thinking it is around 4 pounds?

Spidey,
I lost 4 lbs. in 9 days. I am shooting for weighing 210 by Sept. 1st and 199 by December 31st. I am 6 foot 3 so that would give me a bmi of 24.9.

Your weight loss is only temporary. You will soon fail and regain all your weight. You are worthless and weak.

Captain,
Who are these people clamoring at the chance to do fat reality tv? I don't get it. Aren't they embarassed?

It's one thing to be embarassed to go to the gym and sweat and huff and buff -- that i find a silly thing to fear. But to be willing to have your high school crush, your co-workers, your ex-boyfriends see your stretch-mark-covered pannus flopping out from beneath your sports bra every week on NBC's prime-time line-up?

I don't get it and I don't get your blog. Lose weight in private.

Alright! The under 30 bmi. That's cool. I'm shooting for that too and then the bmi 25. It's a dream but we'll both get there!
