Very cool site! I can't listen to audio just now but will be back to check out some interviews.
You folks who've lost so much weight are truly inspirational.
My site's more a place for whining--a mix of people, some who are trying to lose and others who just want to check in and chat about health & fitness issues generally. I could learn a lot from you folkss about what really works for serious successful dieters.
