255.2 Down a bit

Only 1.6 pounds for the week. I need to amp it up for the 4th of July challenge. Hopefully, Titus can get out and put the Captain on a new training regime.

Freddy fitness and Spider are right on. Your lard ass needs to quit drinking 30 beers a night and get to rehab. Put down the beer and the double whopper and get your fat ass to the gym. Get it together fatso.
