Yes Jeff! Remember when you were at 249 for a few months? I was at 266 and closing fast. Now you are at 213 and I am at 283. You have done great, and you are taller than I am, so you should concentrate on staying at around 210 and gaining muscle mass. When your body has gotten hard and firm at 210, then you can edge down to 195. If you just focus on numbers you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Focus on your positive attitude and how much better you are now.
Iron-man is totally right on. So, instead of reading a comment from me, I think you should just reread of I-M wrote. (And don't forget to be proud of yourself for the self discipline that has brought your weight to 213.)
