Reflections in Breakevenville

It has been a difficult month. Hopefully the Captain can lose a pound before Feb. 1 and finally set sail out of Breakevenville.

Hey, I have another blog, Weightlifting (check my profile) and there are some videos of Sergio, etc. and bodybuilding stuff. Post a message there sometime, maybe we can get some more bodybuilding oriented folks into blogging? They must be out there somewhere!

In terms of Breakevenville, I know what you mean. Maybe you should shake things up. Try Atkins for a couple of weeks or a month, see if it gets you past the wall.

I think atkins for a few weeks might do the trick. I do try to get most of my carbs from vegatables and fruits. The Good news is that my strength keeps showing improvements through bodybuilding.

What the fuck is going on here??? Looks like the Final Fifty standards are at an all time high. "Hope the captain can lose a pound before Feb. 1???" Wow Jeff...don't get crazy. Maybe you should start out the year slow, then build to the big one pound finale somewhere around July. That way you could celebrate with fireworks. Most people drop 5 or 10 lbs. by the end of Jan just by '86ing the honey dipped hams, cream of gravy soup or whatever you fatties eat during Christmas. One pound....seriously, you could take care of that with a decent shit in the morning. Have fun being the mayor of Breakevenville...Pop. 1.

I have a question for the "GANG". Since "The Faption" has gone Ghetto we are no longer fellow bloggers. Will Jeff Rhodes lose more pounds of bodyfat than CD's Gerbal T will sell in 2007? I know it is a little unfair because Gerbal surely has a few friends and family to sell at least 5 copies!!!!

p.s. Gregory you need to come out of the closet!

Oh yeah spider, what's the 63 all about? Is that how many meals you eat a day or your waist size?

bashin' fatso's and bangin' ho's

FATBASHER (where fat chicks need not apply)

Gerbal...Spider....The Captain???? Sounds like characters from some fucked up comic book. Gerbal T....uses his super powers of rap to trick people into believing he's not retarded. Spider....master motivator and coach to The Captain. One of 4 people left in America who think Atkins is a good idea. And The Captain.....fatter than a speeding hot air balloon, leaps tall buildings to get to his next meal.

Skinny, you sound like a major flame. Envy is killing you.

Spider....seriously, you should stick to your blob-building and stop giving advice. If the Captain listens to you this will turn into the final 250.

Jeff and Spider,
Don't listen to these losers. Keep up your hard work. You guys have lost almost 300 pounds between the two of you. Off to the Gym. Keeping the reps high, don't want to bulk up.

Dont want to bulk up Gregory? Don't want to look like a man or something? Gotta protect that girlish figure? Not too hard to figure who's gettin it up the butt.

Basher,
Bulking up is a diversion from the hard work of cardio and true strength which comes only from endurance excercises. Why don't you guys grow up and do some research? Besides, fat weightlisters are laughed out of the clubs. The lumberjack look went out in the 70's.
