Back to the Gym!!!!

3 sets of 12 benchpress 135 lbs
2 sets of 40 dumbell press 20lbs each
3 sets of 10 shoudler press 30 lbs each
3 sets of front and side laterals 5 lbs
Rope pulldown on triceps to failure

I have set a goal of benching 300 pounds by the end of the year. I am
keeping the weights light because I have touched a weight in over 5

Good to hear that you are working out!! You should break up your work-outs and set up a plan so that you do not over-train yourself.
