The Captain shed a few this week due to an illness. I am thinking of changing the blog's name due to a spammer grabbing finalfifty.com. Maybe the Gang has a few ideas for the old Cap?

Well, the captain forgot to renew finalfifty.com and a spammer got it. It is probably indicative of a carelessness that I have had about my weight lately!!!
