The Captain hit 220.9 this morning. I hit this weight on July 31st,felt I had all the answers and had arrived, and quickly shot up to almost 230 overnight. One friend called me and said that he was buy futures in Producers, and ruiz chimichangas. He joked that if it was public knowledge that Jeff was off his diet, he could be arrested for insider trading. Now,I am going to hit 210 by my birthday and I will see you guys on the flipside.

Way to go on being back to 220 land! Next week you can be in the teens! I agree with you that sometimes we lose our way but we have to get right back on track and forge ahead.
Haven't been around for a while been busy w/ personal issues. But, the wt loss is going down so hope to break that 200 pound barrier in the next week or 2. woohooo!

Congratulations on turning a regain around. It is so important that you were able to do this. Also, it is quite an achievement. Good luck on getting rid of another l0.9 lbs. Your comments about insider trader etc. are amusing (maybe grist for Saturday Night Live).

I guess the fake captain has been causing mischief. He just got his own troll territory in the mountains and is coordinating it now.
What is he coordinating Captain? Other rogues and villains? An attack on the batcave? Clever word usage in using "territory" rather than city or county. I love it. Let us know if you have any idea. We are curiously waiting for the next chapter.
