I am not sure if you are earning any money from those news reports on the sidebar, but they are annoying. You might consider just adding some photos of you, or your diet progress, exercise, family, etc.
If you are getting any income from the news reports, then disregard my comment.
We are probably most likely mistaken, but that looks an awful lot like Evan Stone in your original post several days ago. Genetics and years of exercise are the keys that unlock the doors to looking like that.

Those news reports take up a lot of space on your blog. You might want to look at a template that gives you more space.
