It has been several years since I posted on this site. A lot has changed but much as stayed the same. In 2012 I hit 365lbs again and by June 2013 I was down to 260. I am currently 294.6 which I have fluctuated 10 up and down for the past 2 years.

Buying a scale today and meet the Captain's official weight loss team!!!!

The Captain is a little strapped for cash so hopefully I can avoid buying a truck or fishscale. I am following Dave Ramsey's financial advice and not using credit cards anymore. Shout out to halftheman for reaching his goal of a 29bmi. Good job.Now, my team is in place so 230 by new years is in the Bag!!!

The Captain got on the scale and it said E in big letters. Now this either means error and I need to buy a new one or just enormous or perhaps just Extra Large. Either way I am back on track!!!!!

I am Down 1.5 pounds since the 4th of July. Now, I have Gotta to get it into gear for the Labor Day Challenge and beat Spidey, Yeldarb and Halfman.
