I bet you will drop mad weight after you get back into cardio. You were spot on when you said that more muscle mass causes greater strength. With your high calorie intake and the frequency and intensity of your weight training, you are definitely building up muscle. I'm not saying it's strictly muscle, but yeah - no need to get down about not losing weight.
