219 up one pound

Honestly work is my number one priority right now. I have been trying to keep my energy level up while at the same time keeping my weight under control. I just thought I would check in with everyone.

I'm glad you are continuing to post. This is a challenging time of the year and work issues can really amp up the stress. At least you're staying conscious of your behavior and trying to maintain some control.

It's all about balance. You can do it!

I find Extend bars are a great snack and good way to maintain energy when really busy (they are specially designed to maintain blood sugar for up to 9 hours, only 150 calories, and 11 grams of protein). I need to be prepared and have healthy food on hand when I'm busy so I don't reach for something fatty, salty or sweet. I carry extend bars,apples, and when in season clementines.
