Weigh in Wednesday!!!
I am going back to once a week weigh in. However, I am keeping my calories below 2000.I need to lose 7 pounds per month. C-YA on the flipside update 10/3/2007 Stuck at 214. Better luck next time
Good going Jeff. I think 7 pounds a mo. is a reasonable goal. I have to lose 10 pounds in october to reach my personal goal for the mo. Maybe that is a little too much, but I am going to try~

ReplyDeleteI will try for 5 pounds a month....7 seems to much for me except for at the beginning of my wt loss journey. Heck, I'd settle for 4 pounds.

Hang in there we all get stuck now and then - you'll make it! :) I finally hit under 200 this week, after weeks of being stalled.
