ok, why the hoopla over 210? you look ok, feel good, who cares about artificial numbers. Is there a signifigance attached to 210. were you 210 when you got married, went to the prom, etc. I think you are overemphasizing this weight loss and taken a turn towards the drastic lately. 10 miles a day, I mean cmon and get real. Do you have a job? Where do you find the time? Just curious. Richard
